This document governs the Terms & Conditions of all the of commerciall relations between Manuel Marques Herdeiros, SA, with head office at Rua de S. Claudio, 2710, 4805-015 Barco, Portugal, (VAT: PT500179620) hereinafter designated by “Online Store Herdmar” e, por outro lado as pessoas que desejem efetuar uma compra através do site da Herdmar www.herdmar.com, doravante designado por “utilizador”.

Access to Herdmar's online store is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration of the user.

The user undertakes to make diligent use and keeping secret the access code (s) and user's name (s) assigned in each case to access the site or services.
The user will be liable for damages and losses of any nature that Online Store Herdmar may suffer as a consequence of non-compliance with any of the obligations that are subject to legal notices.
The data collected in the Online Store Herdmar are intended for the processing of orders and communication with Customers, requests for information, statistical analysis, as well as their use for the purposes of direct marketing.

Herdmar guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers.
The Herdmar database is registered with Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (National Data Protection Commission).

The Online Store Herdmar does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the website and the services and excludes all liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of these.
The Online Store Herdmar reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the site or services at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative or by a third party, to those users who do not comply with these legal notices or the conditions.
In order to make a purchase in the Herdmar Online Store, the user must know and accept the general conditions of ordering and using the site. The data recorded by the Online Herdmar Store constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between Herdmar and the Client.

In the absence of availability of the product, Herdmar undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible. Herdmar only dispatches on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted toward estimated delivery of parcels.
The prices of the products available in the Online Store Herdmar catalog include VAT at the legal rates in force under Portuguese legislation. Any modification of the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the prices of the products. After this date, prices may be modified at any time.

After placing the order the user has 48 hours to make the payment. If you fail to do so within this period, the order will be canceled.
By choosing to pay with some Payment Services (e.g. Multibanco), you will receive an email with the data to make the payments.
The Online Store Herdmar will use its efforts to guarantee the maximum confidentiality and security in the data transmitted through the internet.
Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock and payment.
Deliveries can be made in any country except for some countries, in which you should contact us. Transit times will vary according to the shipping address and method chosen. The delivery of the orders will be made to the address indicated by the user and according to the delivery times of the carrier in charge of the transport.
Home delivery can not be done in PO Boxes.
The Online Store Herdmar undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. All orders shipped by the Herdmar online store must be examined by the customer upon receipt. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it to the carrier, justify the reason for the return in the delivery note and inform Herdmar immediately. All shipments will be duly accompanied by the necessary legal documents.
The Herdmar online store allows the free return of the products within 14 days of the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/5. However, at the time of return, the product must remain intact (including packaging accompanying the product, labels and back labels); otherwise the return is without effect. For clarification of any doubt, request for additional information or sending of suggestions, do not hesitate to contact us through the Order Return form. If the client intends to request a refund, the same will be done through the same method used by the customer for payment.
Herdmar entered into a consumer arbitration agreement in the form of full membership. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
