This document governs the Terms & Conditions of all the of commerciall relations between Manuel Marques Herdeiros, SA, with head office at Rua de S. Deliveries can be made in any country except for some countries, in which you should contact us. Transit times will vary according to the shipping address and method chosen. The delivery of the orders will be made to the address indicated by the user and according to the delivery times of the carrier in charge of the transport.
Home delivery can not be done in PO Boxes.
The Online Store Herdmar undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. All orders shipped by the Herdmar online store must be examined by the customer upon receipt. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it to the carrier, justify the reason for the return in the delivery note and inform Herdmar immediately. All shipments will be duly accompanied by the necessary legal documents.
The Herdmar online store allows the return of the products within 14 days of the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/5. However, at the time of return, the product must remain intact (including packaging accompanying the product, labels and back labels); otherwise the return is without effect. For clarification of any doubt, request for additional information or sending of suggestions, do not hesitate to contact us through the Order Return form. If the client intends to request a refund, the same will be done through the same method used by the customer for payment and it will be fulfilled in up to 14 days.
Order cancellation can only be requested before the order has been sent and it should be asked for using this website contact form.
Herdmar entered into a consumer arbitration agreement in the form of full membership. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
